北京体育大学2017年招聘师资博士后公告
北京体育大学是全国重点院校、国家“211工程”重点建设大学，具有光荣的办学历史、深厚的文化底蕴和扎实的办学基础，在国内外享有盛誉。建校以来，学校积极践行并彰显人才培养、科学研究、服务社会、文化传承功能，为国家培养了近10万学校体育、竞技体育和体育产业等领域的优秀人才。学校创办了研究生“冠军班”，截至2015年，已培养奥运会、世界杯和世界锦标赛冠军运动员及其教练员312人，其中奥运冠军73人。学校始终深入推进科技创新，坚持科研育人，通过高水平科研促进教学工作，培养学生创新能力，着力加强科技领军人才和重大项目科研创新团队建设，荣获了多项国家科技进步奖和国家科技支撑项目、国家科技支撑课题以及国家哲学社会科学重大项目等。学校科学研究的层次、水平和整体实力得到全面提升，对我国体育事业发展的支撑力和贡献力得到进一步加强。
为更好地实现学校建设“综合性、高水平、有特色世界一流体育大学”的战略目标，现面向海内外招聘师资博士后。
一、招聘人数和方向
1、2017年全校共计划招聘师资博士后50人。
2、以招纳能够回应建设体育强国、健康中国重大战略需求的高层次人才为总方向，重点招收能够全面深入服务于国家运动队的科技保障人才；能够培养高水平竞技体育人才的教学训练人才；能够依托学校重点实验室、国家级课题以及重大研究项目，解决体育改革发展重大政策问题和重大科技攻关问题的智库人才和科研人才。

二、基本条件
1、申请者年龄在35周岁以下。
2、在海内外著名高校或研究机构获得博士学位，且获得博士学位时间不得超过3年。
3、具有国际化视野和团队合作精神，从事创新性研究工作并取得优秀成果，且具有较大发展潜力者。
4、品学兼优，身心健康，作风正派。
5、当前身份为本校博士毕业生的，原则不得申请。
6、当前身份为在职人员的，务必先与原工作单位达成共识，能在学校评审通过后一个月内办完辞职手续的方可申请。
7、当前身份为在站博士后的，无法直接转为师资博士后。
三、岗位待遇
1、薪酬。师资博士后基本年薪8万元。
2、社保。师资博士后在站期间按照有关规定参加社会保险。
3、住房。师资博士后在站期间可按规定租住博士后公寓（独立套房含家具）。
四、招聘程序
1、2017年6月至8月期间，申请人将《北京体育大学师资博士后申请表》报送学校人事处，电子版发至邮箱，学校将对申请者进行资格审查。
2、学校将在收到申请材料后完成资格审查并将评议结果反馈给相关学部及学院，组织专家对申请人进行面试考核。
3、考核通过人选，学校审定批准并报上级主管部门审批通过后办理进站手续。
4、办理入职并签订聘用合同等手续。
五、考核及后续管理
1、师资博士后在站期间为2年，不得延期，进站后1年时进行中期考核，考核不合格者按退站处理，进站后2年时进行出站考核，考核不合格者按退站处理。考核要求均以聘用合同为准。
2、师资博士后出站考核优秀且符合学校教师招聘计划基本条件者，可择优留校任教。

2017 Announcement of Recruiting Postdoctoral
Researchers for Beijing Sport University
As a national key academic institute of the 211 project , Beijing Sport University is well-known at home and abroad with its long academic history, profound culture and solid foundation. Since it was established, the university has been committed to talent training, scientific research, and offering service to the society and inheriting culture. What is more, the university nourished nearly 100,000 talents excelling at campus sports, competitive sports and sports trade. By the end of 2015, the “Champion Class” for its postgraduates has delivered 312 coaches and athletes who are champions in the Olympic Games, the World Cup and the world championships and 73 of them are gold medalist in Olympic Games. The university unremittingly promotes scientific and technological innovations, and insists on cultivating talents through scientific research. Through high quality research, BSU advances its education quality and nurtures students’ innovative competence. The school also highlights the development of leading talents in science and technology as well as the research teams for major programs. The school has received National Science and Technology Progress Award, National Support Program on Science and Technology, National Support Subject on Science and Technology and major programs on philosophy and social science. Therefore, the university has seen comprehensive improvement in scientific research and greater support and contribution to China’s sports.
In order to reach the strategic target of a comprehensive, high-level and world-class sport university with characteristics, Beijing Sport University welcomes post-doctors both at home and abroad to join us.
The Number and the Aim
1. 50 post-doctors are expected in 2017
2. Generally, we expect high-caliber personnel to meet the strategic need to build a healthy sports country. More importantly, we want to recruit talents who are able to provide scientific guarantee for national sports teams, training for competitive athletes, and their research efforts to solve major policy issues and breakthroughs in science and technology based on laboratory projects, national subjects and major research projects.
1. The applicant should be under 35 years old.
2. The applicant should have a doctorate within three years from prestigious universities or research institutes at home or abroad.
3. The applicant should have an international vision with team-work spirit. He/She should be productive in innovative research work with huge potential.
4. The applicant should be excellent in both studies and character.
5. He/She is not allowed to apply as a PHD graduate from this university.
6. The in-service applicant must reach consensus with the employer before applying for the job and complete resignation procedures within a month after the review of the university.
7. The registered post-doctors cannot be directly transferred to the teaching force.
Salaries and Benefits
1. 80,000 RMB in salary a year
2. According to related rules, post-doctors have social insurance.
3. Post-doctors can rent postdoctoral apartments which are independent with furniture.
Recruitment Procedures
1. The applicant should email The Postdoctoral Teacher Application Form to the Personnel Department from June to August in 2017.
2. The university will review these applications and give the feedback to relevant colleges and departments. There will be experts interviewing the applicants.
3. The qualified ones will be approved by the school and go through relevant procedures.
4. Go through entry procedures and sign up contracts.
Assessment and management
1. Post-doctors should be at the stations for two years without delay. There will be a mid-term test, those who fail will withdraw. Another test will come after two years and those who fail will also withdraw from the station. Test requirements will be seen in the contract.
2. The tested post-doctors, if prominent and eligible for the recruitment plan, will have the chance to join the teaching force.
